StuDy PiCNiC...

Uni is over!~ wOot but then again, exams soon.. this my last stretch and struggle. Will make it happen :D How else should we look forward to exams then studying.. especially when you have a study picnic :P Mind you, its progressive and relaxing. Studying smart and happily I should say.. have a study buddy, a bbq set, nice sunny weather, a guitar and of course,study notes = study picnic.. between 3 ppl (bro joined later).. and hung-over Mabel

The Food:
20 Nuggets
10 Sausages
10 fishcakes
10 burger patties
10 chicken wings
3 potatoes
1 pot of Milo peng
1 box of Cornetto's Tim Tam ice cream




There was more, after study of course.. we got a bit hungry later in the night. Mark came, Mabel gone.. :P We decided to cook the remaining potatoes and beef steaks.. here it is.. our supper :D

5 fOoD stUffS to AVOID

The five unhealthy food ingredients to avoid (when you can). G0t this from oprah :P

1) Sugar (only if too much)
2) High Fructose corn syrup
3) Enriched Flour
4) Saturated Fat (especially when cold)
5) Partially/Hydrogenated vege oil (good for skin tho)

However, what is good tho are these:

Garlic
Honey (Manuka if possible)
Tomatoes (with olive oil! nyumm..)
Olive Oil & Sesame Oil
Spinach or carrots (for eyes)
peanuts (raw ones, not roasted)
basically fruits and vege (kiwi, promenganate, apple's, bannana's etc)

I believe,if you live healthily, you live happily :)

yUcK!~

Have any of you.. err.. I tell you this one story ah. I was making milo for myself, happily in my big A&W mug. Boiled water as usual. Instead of sugar I put salt, without realising it. Ok nvm, took the cup, nice and hot/warm with my jacobs crackers (I know like those apek/ahmah eat one) and took a huge gulp of milo. Next minute, eye big big, hot/warm summore, damn salty! yuckk.. I cant believe I did this again. What a waste! Sure got a few hair kalap (disintegrated) from my head liaw.. ish

Moral of story: Make milo the best way, with honey or condensed milk :P Like they always make for those sports events back in M'sia. Nyammm...
